We have NO CALLOUT CHARGE and do not charge if we fail to fix the product.* Current prices are £25 for the first hour and £10 for each half hour after. On average jobs usually take 1-2 hours depending on the job in hand. Unfortunately some computers and laptops may need to be taken away however, this may work out cheaper for the customer. We promise to return them as quickly as possible usually within the week. *We will still charge a diagnosis fee if the customer decides not to go ahead with the PC computer or laptop repair. |
